How to Reset Realme Buds Air ENC TWS Earbuds?

When you using your new Realme Buds Air, have you ever faced with a problem that one of the Realme Buds Air have no sound or no audio output in either side of Realme Buds Air? How to deal with this problems? In fact, you just need to restore your Realme Buds Air to factory settings.

How to Reset Realme Buds Air?

Step 1: Take out the Realme Buds Air earphones from the battery case (they were off and just turned on)

Step 2: And put them back into the Realme Buds Air charging case.

Step 3: Keep the Realme Buds Air charging case lid open.

Step 4: Press the function key on the charging case for more than 10s to reset the earbuds.

Step 5: Close the cover when the LED light goes off.

Step 6: Delete your Realme Buds Air earphones from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Step 7: Open the cover and press 3s to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 8: Repairing the Realme Buds Air TWS and connect to the Realme Buds Air device with your phone.
